Crocs Headquarters
About This Project
The Crocs brand has called Colorado home for nearly two decades. In that amount of time, the company has grown substantially. Their previous 90,000 square foot headquarters is no longer adequate for their growing team. The headquarters will stay in Broomfield but will move into a 3-story 190,000 square foot building that was gutted and will be customized to fit all the needs of the explosive growth within the company. Crocs employs more than 500 people and this building will allow for a 950 person capacity which will include features like multiple garage doors close to office spaces to help bring the outdoors inside.
