About This Project

ICI is pleased to be a part of the University of Denver Community Commons project. The Community Commons will house all student support services for the university. This modern four story building is full of gathering spaces for the students as well as a dining area. Our team has enjoyed building the radius walls on this project. Large open rooms with curves are fun for the guys to frame and finish, allowing their skills to be put to the test. This is our second project with the university. ICI is also a part of the new University of Denver first year dorms building.
