About This Project

This new residence hall is designed for incoming students to Denver University and includes a 4 story building and 5 story building, 130,000 total SF to house 500 students. The building is targeting LEED Silver Certification under LEED V4, projected to achieve over 25 percent summer peak energy savings over code minimum. DU Residence Hall was a $4.5 contract for ICI.
