About This Project
As our work in Boulder continues, we are excited to add this project to our list. The Mapleton Hill Senior Living facility will provide 92 independent living residences and will also include an underground parking garage, short-term rehabilitation center and memory care facility, dining halls, a pool/spa, as well as a chapel. Along with all these amazing amenities, the setting in the foothills of Boulder is sure to give this community lots of peaceful enjoyment. ICI will be providing all the drywall and roofing services for this 331,000 sq. ft project with Saunders Construction.
