About This Project
This will forever be one of the most iconic buildings in Downtown Denver. The 343,000 square foot building will feature luxury residences with ground-floor retail and will include 187 residential units, 9,000 sq ft of retail space, pool with waterfall, and rooftop and open spaces for residents to enjoy. What sets this structure apart from everything else is the carved out portion of the building resembling a canyon, that adds over 13,000 sq ft of water features and landscaping.
