About This Project

ICI is proud to offer a large scope for this 70,000 square foot project for VF Corporations. The building is located in the booming RiNo area and will house product testing, showrooms and a photo studio. VF Corp moved its headquarters from North Carolina to Denver in 2018, so it only made sense to add the product testing center to the area as well. Well known brands like North Face and Smartwool are owned by VF Corp.
